Cranberries are harvested with help of flooding the fields with water, separated with a fork behind the tractor, from which the berries float to the top. The air chambers inside the berry give the fruit the unique ability to float. Collected from the side of the fields directly into the trucks. Before going into truck, they pass a first cleaning step. Separating plant material, which is re-used again for as natural fertilizer. All water is locally stored and re-used. The cranberries make their way to the processing facility, within a very short distance of maximum drive of <50km.
